DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 + - Q: How will my order get delivered to me? 

A:   You can choose between three delivery options:
  1. We can deliver to your nearest Mr Price store. If you select this option you will need to select the specific store from a list that we will show you when you are processing your online order.
  2. We can also deliver to your nearest Post Office. In such cases, you will need to collect your order from a Post Office counter, and the Post Office will notify you via a posted Post Card when your order has arrived.
  3. We can also deliver to your home or work. There are certain areas in South Africa where the Courier Services cannot deliver, and in such cases you will need to select either the store pick-up or the Post Office option (we will let you know if a courier is unable to deliver in your area).

 + - Q: How much will delivery cost me?

A:   We charge a flat rate of R35 to deliver your order to you, no matter which option you choose (Post Office, Mr Price Store or to your home or work address).

 + - Q: How long does it take for me to get my order? 

A:   Your order will take between 1-3 working days (i.e. excluding week-ends and public holidays) to get to you, but possibly up to 7 days if you choose the Post Office option for your delivery. You can track your order online under my account and we will also notify you via e-mail or sms when your order has been received, and when your order has been shipped and again when your order has reached the Store or Post Office you have selected, or when it has been delivered to your chosen address. We will also sms or e-mail you to remind you to collect your order if you have not collected it after 7 days, and again after 14 days (only for Post Office and Courier delivery options).

 + - Q: Do you deliver outside the borders of South Africa? 

A:   For now we do not. But watch this space, we'll let you know when we do!

 + - Q: Where do you deliver to? 

A:   We deliver anywhere in South Africa - to your chosen physical address, or to your nearest Post Office or Mr Price store.

 + - Q: How can I return my order or part of my order? 

A:   Again, you have three options to return your order:
  1. You can return it to your nearest Mr Price clothing store for free (conditions apply). This is the easiest method.
  2. You can also return your order via the Post Office or via Courier. If you choose one of these options you will need to pay for the cost of the return. To make a return using one of these channels, complete the following easy steps (Note if you decide to return to one of our stores you do not need to follow these steps, simply take the merchandise that you want to return and the documentation that you received with it, to your nearest Mr Price clothing store and return it for free):
    1. Log into your account profile at www.mrp.co.za
    2. Click on my account and then my orders, and follow the steps we will show you to register your return. If you select the Courier option, we will also tell you how much the courier will charge for the return (you will not need to pay the courier directly, we will deduct the courier fee from your credit).
    3. Once completed, if you selected the Post office option:
      1. i. You will need to package your return and insert the return confirmation page into the package (you can either print the return confirmation online or you can fill in the printed one that we sent you with your order). Please make sure that the address is legible on the package:

        Then drop off at your nearest Post Office. Note: you will need to pay the Post Office directly when you hand the package over to them. Also note that it may take up to two weeks for the Post Office to get the return package to us.

    4. If you selected the Courier option:
      1. i. The courier will collect from you at your designated address. Note, you will not need to pay the courier directly for returning your merchandise, we will pay the Courier and deduct the cost from your final credit once we have received and processed your returned merchandise. Make sure that you insert the return confirmation page into the package (you can either print the return confirmation online or you can fill in the printed one that we sent you with your order)

 + - Q: How much will it cost me to return my order?

A:   Returning your order to any one of our Mr Price clothing stores is totally free. If you choose to return your order via the Post Office, you will be charged standard SAPO rates to return your parcel to us. If you choose to return your merchandise using our Courier service, we will advise you on the cost of the return while you are processing your return online, as the cost will vary depending on your location. We do not refund delivery costs, no matter which channel you decide to use to return your merchandise.

 + - Q: Can I return my order to a Mr Price Home or a Mr Price Sport store?

A:   No, you can only return your order to a Mr Price clothing store. For your nearest Mr Price store, use our store locator service online.

 + - Q: Can I select somebody to receive my order for me if I am not going to be there when the Courier service delivers to me?

A:   Yes you can, but do note that we will not accept responsibility for anyone who receives your order at your chosen address, that is not authorised to do so.

 + - Q: What happens if there is nobody to receive my order when the Courier delivers to me?

A:   The Courier will make an attempt to call you and arrange a date and time that is suitable for you to receive your delivery. After a second delivery attempt the Courier will return your order to Mr Price, and you will be credited for your purchase minus the cost of delivery and the cost of returning the package to us.

 + - Q: How will I be credited for my return?

A:   If you return your merchandise to one of our stores, we will credit you immediately as follows (subject to our Returns Terms and Conditions):
  • If you purchased using a credit card or a cheque/debit card we will refund the card that you used. Please make sure that you bring the card that you used to purchase your merchandise with you so that we can process the credit for you, failing which we will have to issue you with a Gift card to the value of your credit.
  • If you purchased using your MrPricemoney account, we will credit your account or issue you with a Gift Card to the value of your credit;
  • If you purchased using cash, we will credit you with cash or we will issue you with a Gift card to the value of your credit;
  • If you purchased using a Gift card we will issue you with another Gift card to the value of your credit;
  • If you purchased via EFT, we will issue you with a Gift card to the value of your credit.
Note: You will need to bring along your proof of purchase with you (you can either print this from your account profile online or you can bring along the delivery note that would have been included in your delivery parcel).
If you return your order via the Post Office or Courier, then:
  • We will only process your credit once we have received and processed your return. This may take up to 14 days.
  • You will only be credited for the merchandise that you have returned if it is in the same condition that it was before it was delivered to you. We will not refund you the delivery cost, and the return cost (in the case of a courier return) will be deducted from the value of your credit.
  • If you purchased using a credit card or a cheque card we will refund the card that you used.
  • If you purchased using your MrPricemoney account, we will credit your account or issue you with an electronic Gift Card to the value of your credit;
  • If you purchased using cash, we will issue you with an Electronic Gift card to the value of your credit;
  • If you purchased using a Gift card we will issue you with an Electronic Gift card to the value of your credit;
  • If you purchased via EFT, we will issue you with an Electronic Gift card to the value of your credit.

 + - Q: Can I return any merchandise?

A:   Merchandise returns are subject to our normal store returns conditions which you can view here.

 + - Q: When can I cancel or return my order?

A:   Once you have checked-out with your order online, you cannot cancel your order or initiate a return until you have received your order. Please click here for our Return Terms and Conditions.

 + - Q: Where is my order?

A:   You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and click on my orders. Once you have selected the order that you wish to track you will be able to see if your order has been received by Mr Price, if it has been shipped to you and if it has arrived at the store of your choice or your nearest Post Office for you to collect. If you selected a courier delivery option, then you will also be able to track whether the order has been delivered to the address that you have chosen.
We will also send you e-mails and/or sms's to advise you on the progress of your order. You can also pop in to any Mr Price clothing store to get an update on where your order is, or you can call our call centre on 0800 212 535.
 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

 + - Q: What are the different payment options that I have for purchasing from Mr Price online? 

A:  You have six different options:
  1. You can pay using a credit card;
  2. You can pay using a cheque or debit card;
  3. You can pay using your MrPrice Money account;
  4. You can pay using an electronic Mr Price Gift Card;
  5. You can pay by EFT. Note if you choose this option, we will only process your order once the funds have been transferred, which may take up to 48 hours depending on who you bank with. If we have not received your payment within 72 hours your order will automatically be cancelled.
  6. You can also pay by cash. To do so, you will need to go down to your nearest Mr Price store with your unique order number. If you choose to collect your order from one of our stores, then you only need to pay when you collect the order from the store(cash on delivery). However, if you choose to receive your order through the post office or through a Courier to your home, then you will need to pay for you order first, before we deliver to you - in such cases you will have 48 hours to make the payment after which your order will be automatically cancelled.

 + - Q: What are the banking details for Mr Price online? 

A:  Payment details are as follows:

Logon to your internet banking profile and add Mr Price as a beneficiary.

 + - Q: Can I use more than one payment type to complete an order?

A:   Only if you are paying by Gift Card, you will be able to top up your payment with a credit or debit card, or with your MrPrice Money account if you have one.

 + - Q: Is it safe to buy online with Mr Price?

A:   Mr Price subscribes to the highest security and encryption standards, allowing our customers to shop with absolute peace of mind! And because we do not store your payment and card details your confidential information cannot be accessed by anyone who is unauthorised to do so.

I forgot my password

 + - Q: I forgot my password

A:   You will be given three chances to enter the correct password, after which your profile will be locked. If this happens you will need to call our call centre on on 0800 212 535 to unlock your profile and reset your password.

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the Can't remember your password? link on the login page. We will then e-mail or sms you a link where you can reset a new password.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

 + - Q: How do I buy an electronic gift voucher?

A:   It's really easy! Simply follow the easy steps by clicking on the Gift voucher link. You can choose the value of the voucher you want to send; you can also choose who you want to send it to, how you want to send it (via e-mail or sms) and you can even personalise the voucher with a note from yourself. Once the recipient has received the voucher, they can redeem it by entering the unique code into the promotion code area of the checkout page. What's more, if the recipient wants to spend more than the value of the gift card, they can top-up their purchase with another form of payment such as a credit card. Still got questions?  + - Q: I want to send a Gift to someone. Can I send my purchase to another recipient?

A:  Of course you can. Simply enter the address of the person and their name when you select your shipping option (you will need to select the Courier option to do so).

 + - Q: How do I redeem an electronic gift card?

A:   Simply select the merchandise that you wish to buy by adding it to your cart and then proceeding with your checkout. On the Payment page you will be given the option to enter your voucher number. Make sure that you enter the code correctly - and then you are done! The gift card value will automatically be deducted from your purchase value. You can then top up your purchase with another payment type like your MrPrice Money account or a credit card, if you need to.

 + - Q: How do I redeem a Coupon or Voucher?

A:  It's really easy. Select the merchandise that you wish to purchase by adding it to your bag. Once you click through to your bag, you can enter your voucher or coupon number into the field provided. Make sure you enter the code exactly right - once you have done so the voucher or coupon terms will automatically be included in your transaction.

 + - Q: How does the gift wrapping service work?

A:  When you are in the checkout page, simply select the Gift Wrap option. We will then gift wrap your purchase for you for a small fee (R12 per gift wrap, and a maximum of 10 items in your basket).
 

HOW TO BUY ONLINE

 + - Q: Do I need to register to buy online?

A:  No you do not. You may select the Guest Checkout option, which means you will not be required to enter any of your personal details, except for the minimum amount of information we require to deliver your purchase and stay in contact with you.

 + - Q: How do I register to buy online with Mr Price?

A:  Simply click on the "my account" button on the top right hand side of your screen. Then select login, and if you are a new customer you will need to enter some basic information - it is really quick and easy and you only do this once. And don't worry, we will not share your personal details with anyone, and we will not contact you if you do not want us to. Your information is also safe with us, as we subscribe to the strictest security standards meaning your information is safe from anyone who is not authorised to see it.

 + - Q: How do I buy online with Mr Price?

A:  It is really easy! From your mobile phone or your PC you can register with us (click here to do so). Then simply navigate around our site and choose the items you want to purchase and add them to your basket by clicking on the "Bag It" button. Once in your bag you will need to select your size and colour. The next step is the checkout: You will be prompted for your shipping option, and you can then choose your preferred payment option (see Payment options in FAQ's for the options that you have). Once you have completed your purchase we will then send you an sms or e-mail to confirm that your purchase has been received by us.

 + - Q: How do I search for something specific in the Mr Price online store?

A:  There are two ways for you to find what you are looking for. You can select the category that you want to shop in (Men, Ladies or Kids) and then you can shop by Brand (example RT or Nsync) or by sub-category (e.g. dresses or accessories). Once you have selected the merchandise you wish to view you can also sort it in a number of ways, for example from lowest price to highest price, and you can also ask that only the sizes that you wish to shop for are shown to you.

Alternatively, you can just type in what you are looking for in the Search box at the top of the page, and we will show you any merchandise that relates to your search criteria.

 + - Q: What if I order something that is out of stock?

A:   We will not display merchandise that is out of stock, so you will only be able to order merchandise that is available. If your size is not available, then you will not be able to select that size.

 + - Q: Is there a minimum order value to buy online from Mr Price?

A:  No, we have no minimum order value.

 + - Q: How do I select the right size for me?

A:  Once you have selected the product you want to purchase, you can click on the "size guide" button next to the product image. The Sizing guide has two helpful guides: A size chart that will help you select the correct size for your dimensions, as well as a size guide that describes the kind of fit that the brand style has. And if you purchase the item and you are not happy with the fit, you are more than welcome to return it for free to any one of our Mr Price clothing stores (provided the item is not damaged and that it meets or returns requirements.

 + - Q: What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

A:   You can return any purchase for free to any one of our Mr Price clothing stores, or you can select to return it via the Post Office, or Courier who will collect from you.  + - Q: How do I sign-up for a Newsletter?

A:  Simply click on the "Sign-up for our newsletter" button on the Home Page, and select the type of Newsletter you want to receive (Kids, Men or Women). If at any time you want to stop getting our newsletter, click on the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the page and we will not send you any more.
